Up to date is
the whole point

A good reporting structure is worthless if the books behind it are weeks behind. We maintain your general ledger continuously rather than scrambling at month-end, so the reports are ready while the month is still fresh.

Automation does the typing.
People do the thinking.

We pair AI-assisted automation with human expertise. AI handles the heavy lifting of data entry; our team verifies context and catches what automated systems miss, because a $450 charge from Amazon can be office supplies, inventory or a client gift. Read how we pair the two.

We also use their services for Bookkeeping so that we can focus on being therapists while they do what accountants do best. They really have taken us up a level.

Questions we get asked most

What is included in bookkeeping?
Day-to-day management of your financial records using modern software: transaction categorisation against your reporting structure, reconciliations, and clean, up-to-date books that your management reports are built on. Payroll can be added.
How up to date are the books?
We maintain your general ledger continuously rather than scrambling at month-end. Transactions are categorised in near real time, so you have ongoing visibility into cash flow, vendor trends and burn rate rather than waiting until the middle of next month.
What is management accounting, and how is it different from bookkeeping?
Bookkeeping records what happened. Management accounting explains it: budget versus actuals, profitability by service line, cash flow forecasts, and the financial narrative behind the numbers. We deliver both, because the second is only trustworthy when the first is up to date.
Do you run payroll?
Yes. The team is Intuit certified in QuickBooks Payroll. Payroll is streamlined and automated, your team is paid on time, and the business stays compliant. Payroll costs flow into your management reports.
Can we start with bookkeeping only?
Yes. If the system already reports well, we keep it up to date. If it does not, we will recommend restructuring it first, because reporting on a poor structure is effort without insight.
